If you are interested to purchase a royal creation:

* Email the creation name, your name and email address to princess.stephy@yahoo.com.sg or leave a comment in my blog to check the availability.

For local buyers: 

* If the creation is available, FULL PAYMENT must be made within 3 days via Funds Transfer to my POSB Account in order to confirm your order. Accounts details will be emailed to you after confirmation of the availability of the creation.

* Once payment has been made, I will arrange to pack and mail the creation to you. You should receive the creation within 7 working days.

For order not exceeding 200 grams in weight in a single envelope, local normal postage will be provided FREE. Alternatively, you may opt for registered mail with additional fee of S$3.50, on top of your order. Additional mailing fee may apply for order exceeding 200 grams.

ROYAL ADVICE: You are advised to opt for registered mail as Princess St:-phy is not liable for any loss or damage of the creations through normal mail. This is the standard practice by other sellers in the market. Well, Princess St:-phy doesn’t own the “Royal Mail” (Singapore Post) here so better play safe.

For overseas buyers:

* I will re-quote in US Dollars and payment shall be made via PayPal. Once I receive your email and confirm availability of the creation, I will email you an order confirmation, invoice for the creation and shipping charge and my PayPal details for you to send me payment via PayPal.

* For shipping charges, please refer to the rates from Singapore Post: www.singpost.com

* Please allow 3 to 5 working days for normal postage and 7 to 14 working days for registered mail, subject to availability of the creation.

All creations will be wrapped with bubble for better protection during delivery.
